Dipped and Glazed Coffee Shortbread Cookies
Food and lifestyle expert Brandi Milloy makes the perfect holiday treat, dipped and glazed coffee shortbread cookies. Her secret ingredient is adding a couple of tablespoons of Kona ground coffee, but she says you can use any type of coffee for this recipe. When you are done mixing the dough, place it in the refrigerator for at least three hours to make the dough easier to form into a log shape and then just slice and bake.
