Originally from Oregon, Dan Gauthier has made a name for himself in roles on ABC’s “One Life to Live,” and recurring roles on “Beverly Hills, 90210” and “Ellen.”

After graduating from San Diego State University, where he was a decathlete, Gauthier found his start in modeling, signing on with the Ford and Nina Blanchard agencies. His first credited TV role came in 1987, when he secured a role on “Married…with Children.”

From 2003 to 2006, Gauthier was the eleventh actor to portray former Lieutenant Governor Kevin Lord Riley Buchanan on “One Life to Live,” a role that earned him a Daytime Emmy® nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. He also enjoyed series regular roles on such series as “NYPD Mounted,” “Partners,” “Meet the Muncies” and “Frogment.” Other television appearances include recurring roles on “Melrose Place,” “Ellen” and “Courthouse.” Gauthier’s guest-starring credits include “Friends,” “The Cape,” “Who’s the Boss?,” “Silk Stalkings,” “21 Jump Street,” “The New Adventures of Old Christine,” “Nash Bridges,” “Charmed,” “Will & Grace,” “All My Children,” “Supernatural” and “Lost.”

Gauthier’s feature film credits include “Teen Witch,” “Son in Law,” “Illegal in Blue,” “The Right Hook,” “Groom Lake,” “Force on Force,” “Written in Blood,” “For Get Me Not” and “Dark Power.”

Most recently, Gauthier was seen in roles on ABC Family’s “Make It or Break It,” “No Ordinary Family” and “Hot in Cleveland.” He also starred in two TV movies, “The 404” and “Shredd.”

Gauthier resides with his wife, actress Lisa Fuller, and their son.
