Laura's White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 c butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c dark brown sugar, packed tightly
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 c all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1 c white baking chips

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and brown sugar together.
  2. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the bowl.
  5. Fold in nuts and baking chips.
  6. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes.
