Andrea Brooks in a Canadian actress best known for her role of Faith Carter in the Hallmark Channel’s original series “When Calls the Heart,” and for her quirky portrayal of Eve Tessmacher on The CW’s “Supergirl,” as initially portrayed by Valerie Perrine in the original Superman films. Recently, Brooks has guest starred in a number of hit shows such as “Bates Motel,” “Once Upon a Time,” “Unreal” and “The Flash,” where she once again resumed her role as Miss Tessmacher. In addition to her television credits, Brooks is a frequent player on the Hallmark Channel, having appeared in five original movies to date. Growing up, she trained in figure skating, dance, music and theatre. Brooks holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts degree from The University of British Columbia and is also fluent in French. When she is not busy with work, she enjoys writing, running, hanging out with her dogs and playing the ukulele.
